"Take Life Less Seriously!"
PHILOSOPHY BEHIND –INDIA'S-HASYA YOGA
There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor! A day that goes by without laughing is a day wasted.
WHY AND HOW 'HASYA YOGA' IS CELEBRATED ?
Hasya Yoga or Laughter Yoga is a secret that was hidden in the Indian traditional treasury, which in the recent times has been refound and conceptualized as Laughter Therapy by the Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria. It is a form of exercise that breaks down stress and treats illness by way of laughter. The past few years have seen numerous laughter clubs springing up in different cities around the world and more and more people are associating themselves with this humorous activity that brings good health to all.
Hasya Yoga is more science than humor. Being a combination of breathing and physical exercises, it relaxes the blood vessels, allowing more blood to flow through them which thereby cures multiple ailments and diseases. With childlike playfulness and the technique of laughing without any reason or joke, laughter yoga has been scientifically proven to be extremely good for health. Not just tension, blood sugar, asthma and insomnia are some of the few diseases this great6 medicine can cure. The basis of laughter yoga is the fact that voluntary laughter has the same health benefits as spontaneous laughter and it true that voluntary laughter is so contagious that it soon converts to natural laughter.
IMPLEMENTATION OF 'HASYA YOGA' IN OUR DAILY LIFE
Laugh It Off!
Laughter is the best medicine and now we also have proof to that. Start your day with a good chuckle. You need not join a club or listen to a joke. Even a fake ho ho ha ha will release happy hormones and you will soon find yourself laughing naturally which will leave you fresh and energized for the day to follow.
