Yoga and running @Sloterpark – * free
Join us for running and yoga in Sloterpark every Saturday afternoon.
The schedule is:
15:30 meet up
15:30-15:35 warm up
15:40-16:15 group run
16:15-17:00 led yoga class (post yoga run stretch)
The run is entirely optional, you can join us directly for the yoga class if you prefer (or vice versa!). If you wish to run at your own pace that’s totally fine, you can meet us directly for the yoga. Please bring along a yoga mat, if you don’t have one let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange one for you.
ALL levels and ages are welcome to both the run and yoga.
The sessions are free and donation based: feel free to pay whatever you can or wish. For more information on the teachers please check out www.yolga.nl and www.krishyoga.com
We’ll be standing by the big map on the roundabout, behind the cafe, where the km markings begin. Look out for someone in running gear and a yoga mat!
